The second graduation ceremony took place on Saturday, 28th September at the assembly hall. The theme for this year’s graduation is “Building tomorrow: Wisdom, Service and Integrity”.
Professor Dominic Adotei Edoh, a Biomedical scientist and clinical geneticist served as chairman and was assisted by Ms. Georgina Ehwia-Manzah Bonyah(First P.T.A chairperson of St. Brother Andre S.H.S). Also in attendance was the special guest of honor Rev. Brother John Affum Badu C.S.C (Provincial Superior of Province of West Africa), Mrs Diana Quao Osei–Adusah (Education Director at the Catholic Education Unit in Central Region) and Dr Gilbert Tietah, a Senior Lecturer at the University of Ghana.
The special guest of honor, Brother John Affum Badu C.S.C reminded the graduates not to forget about the teachings their teachers have given them which were beyond academics, shaping their minds and hearts. He entreated them to always seek wisdom which is beyond knowledge and tasked them to possess these virtues, patience and humility, listening, learning and integrity which is the cornerstone of wisdom by doing what is right when no one is watching. His speech ended with these words “honor God and those around you”.
The acting headmaster, Brother Eric Amoah C.S.C challenged the graduates to learn from their mistakes and not to be afraid of committing mistakes. The student body, teachers, media, friends, family, Reverend Brothers, parents and guardians came in their numbers to support the occasion.
